Alex brings more than 20 years’ experience in the design and delivery of collaboration and transformation engagements with a focus on strategy execution. Alex was formerly a Partner at PwC Australia, where he led PwC’s ‘The Difference’ collaboration practice in Sydney and Canberra and holds a PhD from Imperial College London in Organisational Behaviour.

Nicole has worked across consulting, health, higher education and financial services. The common theme, and Nicole's passion, is in working with senior business leaders to make their change agendas a reality. Nicole brings change management capability to our team and specialised skills in diversity and inclusion. Nicole has a business degree and a PhD in strategic business development.

Neil has 30+ years international experience in Executive engagement and delivery of major transformation in large public & private enterprises. Ex big 4 and Accenture Partner, he has built and operated significant technology businesses and adopted a design led thinking approach throughout. MBA from Cranfield School of Management. 

Sami is all about Business Operations and very passionate about helping Alchemy Partners run effectively. Sami has 4+ year's of experience in Collaboration Design and Management of Collaboration Centres and Hubs.  

Chris comes with more than 15 years experience in collaborative design with organisations in Australia and globally. Chris is an expert facilitator and collaboration designer with a passion for helping organisations and teams success through collaborative ways of working. Prior to joining Alchemy, Chris was a Director at PwC's The Difference in Sydney and Canberra.

Tim has over 20 years experience leading and delivering complex transformation, program, and operational initiatives across Finance & Telco sectors. Tim has a proven track record of achieving business objectives through pragmatic leadership, effective communication, process and governance discipline.

Lydia is a Senior Manager with more than 15 year’s of experience using design and systems thinking to achieve change in complex systems in Australia and Asia-Pacific. 

Skilled at tackling complex challenges, improving service delivery and transforming enterprises, Lydia brings deep expertise from working across financial services, intelligence and economic landscapes.

Aqeel has experience in strategy execution, co-design and systems thinking working across both community organisations and large scale public and private sector teams. He is a creative, strategic thinker, joining the dots between people, strategy and impact to navigate complex challenges. Aqeel is currently completing a Bachelor of Laws at the ANU.

Zoee is passionate about bringing together diverse and multi-disciplinary teams to solve complex problems and create impactful outcomes. Zoee offers a rich blend of capabilities across strategy, policy, innovation, co-design, and operating model development. With seven years of experience driving transformations and managing large-scale programs in both the public and not-for-profit sectors, Zoee is skilled in leading change.

Aaron has a passion for driving team culture, focusing his attention on certain touch points through the lens of attitudes and behaviors that help drive a common goal within an organisation. With a particular interest in dissecting business strategy, Aaron is motivated by the revolving door of leadership and its poignant role in driving strategy, team culture and competitive advantages. Aaron has a Bachelor of Commerce and a Master of Business & Sport Management.

Sophie is a Change and Communications Manager, committed to driving positive organisational and social change. Sophie has supported a diverse range of clients across the public sector and academia in developing and implementing comprehensive communication and change management initiatives. Sophie brings Big 4 experience to her role and holds a Bachelor of International Security Studies from ANU and a Bachelor of International and Political Studies (Honours) from UNSW Canberra.

Ross is an experienced transformation consultant with 5+ years spent in FTI Consulting’s Data & Technology Transformation practice working across several industries including insurance, banking, education, sports betting, technology, IT security, pharmaceuticals, semi-states, and manufacturing. Ross is results-oriented with a successful track record in leading and contributing to both business and IT transformation projects delivering ROI to clients.
